HSUP is part of Kirklees Esteem team, delivering sex and relationships lessons. For a number of years, a set of lessons has been given to year 9 pupils at Honley High School. These, usually, take place in February/March time. There have been one-off lessons over the past few years too - including health days at schools in Dewsbury and Pontefract.
A large emphasis is placed on good relationships, self-esteem and empowering pupils to intellectually critique the messages portrayed in the media.
